Approaching Sunday

“Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.”

(Romans 12:10, ESV)

Many are asking and wondering what vaccine passports and mask mandates mean for us as churches. At this point, to the best of our knowledge, we are able to continue on without any changes. So, we are continuing to plan Friday’s movie night, Sunday’s service and BBQ, and the start of programming September 12th.

While it is a blessing that we are not required to make any changes, let us also remain diligent in serving one another and our community by following appropriate guidelines for our gatherings. Please use the available hand sanitizer and / or wash your hands with soap regularly. Please maintain some distance when visiting with others. Please stay home if not feeling well. Please wear a mask if that is most comfortable for you.

Mostly we continue to seek that we each come in a posture of service rather than opinion. Preferences and the varying opinions on a whole host of happenings within our community and world have been nothing but distracting lately; let us continue to work everyday to see God’s sovereign handle on all that is earthly.
